Choosing your repairer

You have a legal right to choose who repairs your car so don’t let the insurance company tell you otherwise ! There are a lot insurers who have networks of their ‘’approved’’ repairers, which might try to convince you to use their services but it’s to their conveninece not yours. They often provide a lower quality service using non genuine parts which could cause further damage to your vehicle.
